Shipping Zones and Times

Peninsular Spain and Balearic Islands: Delivery in 15 - 30 business days.
Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: Delivery in 15-30 business days (customs duties may apply).
Europe: Delivery in 7-10 business days.
Rest of the world: Consult availability by writing to

Shipping Rates

FREE shipping on orders over €30.
For orders under €30: standard rate according to destination, automatically calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. You can track your package in real-time using the provided link.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Peninsular time) on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us at taramoshop@gmail.com, indicating your order number. We will resolve any issue within 24 business hours.

Damage during Transit

If the package arrives damaged, photograph it before opening and contact us immediately. We will arrange a solution at no additional cost to you.
