Returns and Refund Policy

At Taramoshop, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, here's how to proceed.

Return Period

You have 30 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request a return or exchange, no justification needed.

Condition of the Product to be Returned

The product must be in its original condition: unused, unwashed, with all original tags and in its original packaging. Returns will not be accepted for products damaged by improper use.

How to Request a Return

1. Send an email to taramoshop@gmail.com with the subject "Return - Order Number".
2. Indicate the reason for the return (optional).
3. We will send you instructions for shipping the product.
4. Once the product is received and verified, we will process the refund within a maximum of 5 business days.

Refunds

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. The refunded amount will include the price of the product. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product arrived defective or incorrect.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. In these cases, we will cover all shipping costs and send you a new product or issue a full refund.
